I have just signed up with slingshot online, I also submitted a question on Sunday using the submit enquiry form on the website. I have had no response to my question, not even a "thank you for your enquiry we'll get back to you" ...

Is this service broken?

I'm glad I haven't signed up with them the other day! This is exactly what I was expecting.

An automated acknowledgement at the time of sending would be nice as left me wondering if I'll get a reply?

But not knowing is half the fun. Will they reply? If so, will the reply be helpful? Oh goody, the anticipation is overwhelming!

I've been waiting literally years for a reply since I was with them, and emailed their form.

I'm staying with Slingshot for a while and have had several issues with them and can give you couple advices:
1. Never use form web-site or call center. They are useless in technical issues. Maximum you will get is some kind of "explanation" without result. You can use them to get some info about account/general questions though.
2. For technical issues go straight to twitter (register if you don't have account there). And ask your question to . I don't know what's the difference they have inside, but through twitter it always work much MUCH better. Support on twitter can give you technical answer, set right expectation about when problem will be fixed, and generally react much faster.

Hey guys,

Our email team have been getting a bit hammered lately so there's been some catching up to do. As of writing this message the response time should be less than 24 hours.

Cheers,
Chris
