Hi there,

I have just signed up with Orcon and still got my 'old' FB 7390 here which I'd like to use for VOIP also.

I already tried a few things, like setting the MAC of the FB to the Orcon Routers, extracted the VDSL login (and used it ;)) and also set the VLAN to 10.
But so far I did not get any joy with that, as the FB always says not connected and so forth.

I am out of ideas (or better google suggestions) now - could anyone provide some guidance in this regard?

Much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Marcus

Pretty sure you don't have to tag VLAN 10, just PPPoE with your username and password. I may be wrong though

VDSL2 always 10 as a VLAN tag.

Orcon don't support 3rd party hardware so you're not going to get any help from them.

Hi there,

thanks for the answers.

The support bit I know about - bit strange - but anyway...

Tried with or without VLAN 10 - no joy - any more input here would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Marcus

There are two passwords in the dumpsysinfo. Try the other one. Also, PPPoE is for Spark and some other isps sorry. Use DHCP with VLAN 10 for Orcon

PPPoE on VLAN 10 for VDSL

DHCP on VLAN 10 for UFB.

Also make sure any QoS profiles are set to tag with dot1p 0. Otherwise Chorus will drop the pppoe packets in their network.
