Hi guys I'm wanting a little advice on what I should or can do.
For the last few weeks we have been having a lot of issues with the fritzbox and fritzfon's not placing or recieving calls. We have rung snap numerous times and they have removed and reassigned the number from their end and also our fritzbox, They have done a factory reset on the fritzbox but we are still unable to make or recieve calls. And on top of this they have only escalated this to chorus today.
After multiple calls to the help desk and not getting anywhere I finaly lost my cool after a "manager" started giving me attitude and refusing to even forward my number to a cellphone unless we pay for it.
So Im stuck. What should my next step be.
