My connection died not long after midnight last night. Resetting everything at 8am this morning didn't help. Not getting dhcp.

Nothing on the network status page

We're not aware of anything affecting UFB in palmy this morning, indeed there are plenty of customers online from that handover, so it's likely to be an isolated fault.

Have you tried restarting the ONT as well?  Beyond that you may need to contact the technical team to have it checked out.

I woke up to no UFB connection again this morning (Wanganui)

This has happened at least 10 times in the past month or two.  Really annoying since I have no phone yet the modem shows it's all good. (Genius White)

Nothing widespread we are aware of, or planned work by us, hence nothing on the website. I'll have the team take a look.

Yeah the ont was included in my reset.

Rolando from Orcon called to say it should be back up n running just as I started composing this reply and a quick vpn test confirmed it.
