Is it possible to port an 022 number tied to a Skinny sim back to 2degrees?

Yupp and then back to skinny again if you so choose. Only issue would be with some text services (2-factor authentication from banks/facebook etc) which seems to have trouble after a number is ported but usually resolves itself eventually.

No problem, you just need a new or active 2degrees SIM to bring your number across be it 021, 022, 025, 027 or whatever. Here's more info - Bring your number
