I've just moved house and decided to switch to Flip/Unlimited

One thing that I noticed almost straight away was I kept dropping my connection to VPNs (I connect up to two of them at various times during the day) after a few minutes. I thought it may have been my ADSL connection in the new house as this was not happening in my old house.

But then I 'tail -f' some output in a ssh session and the connection didn't drop. Seems like I needed a keepalive when connecting via Flip.

These are Cisco and Firepass/F5 VPNs respectively. I'm wondering if these are inadvertently getting affected by Flips Limited Technologies throttle?

Hi there,

Shouldn't be having an effect as far as I know.

Best give us a call so we can troubleshoot.
