Hi,

We are constantly having issues where people call us and they can hear us but we cannot hear them.  Calling out from home is not an issue.

Is this is a known issue with Orcon?  It was occasional and we'd reboot the Genius router but now it happens all the time and a reboot makes no difference.

Can anyone help please.
