Seems to be totally down this afternoon. Can anyone else access it? Nothing on their status page about the outage.

Tried phoning them, but they appear closed for the day. I just want to inform them of an outage, I would expect some why to be able to contact them for a business grade service. They are probably not even aware of the problem, as it isn't on their status page. Even the iserve  control panel just says 'There was an error connecting to the Database.

I'm out of the office but yes it seems there has been an issue since approx 5pm - the website is now updated and engineers expect to restore service by approx 6:30pm tonight.

Thanks for that. Is there some way we can report outages like this, when there is a problem like this outside your business hours of mon-fri closing at 5pm, and they haven't been reported on your status page. eg. A text number or emergency email address. I do use a wide range of different hosting providers, and all have some form of way to contact support in case of an emergency outage.I don't think posting on this forum should be the best way to inform a company of a widespread outage on their network. Obviously business grade service is more mission critical than a residential service, but it does have a far lower level of support days and hours, and it has been reduced from 7 day support in the past.

Web hosting was down this evening, and currenty there still appear to be problems. No info on their status page.  Anyone know what the emergency email address to report outages, it was posted above by FireEngine, but has since disappeared. Currently on way to contact them until monday, as they are closed until monday morning.

You shouldn't need to report outages - a good provider will have an automated monitoring and alert system.
