So the other day I got a text from a family member saying my Orcon voice mail box was full. I rung the voicemail phone number and sure enough it was full (100 messages!) . A tiring 100 key presses later the voice mail box was empty.

So a couple of things;

1) We rely on the getting a copy of the voice mail emailed to us as we never ever ring the voicemail number. Is there a way to set the voicemail up to auto delete message off the voicemail box? I couldn't see anything on our Genius or on My Orcon.
2) We didn't get notified about the full voicemail box until someone couldn't leave a message (last message recorded was 2 months ago). Did I miss an email or do you not send out notifications for full mail boxes?

Thanks

Hello there :)

Unfortunately, at this time, there's neither a way to "auto delete" messages nor to be notified when your voice mailbox is full.

We're aware of the limitations, and will probably at some point in the future revisit the voicemail system and address these issues.  Beyond that, I can't promise anything.
