i can't work it out from the terms and conditions, but..

if you add a data pack or combo pack with data, build up some carry over data, and then change your pack to a calling or text only pack, does the data still carry over or does it expire?

Hi

The data on a Carryover Combo only carries over if you keep the Combo active. If you get a Carryover Chat Pack however your Carryover minutes from the Combo will stay with you until expiry, the data will expire.

Here's the Carryover Combo T & Cs -

20. If you cancel your Carryover Combo or your Carryover Combo does not renew, then you will lose
any accrued Carryover Data available on your Prepay Account at the end of the Carryover
Combo’s Validity Period. If your Carryover Combo is on hold in accordance with clause 5, you
will not be able to use any accrued Carryover Data under your Prepay Account until that
Carryover Combo is successfully renewed during the hold period.
