Can someone please advise me on my network plan below.

The top flow diagram is the current setup I have at home.

What I want to do is to change my router to an Edgerouter lite. See the bottom flow diagram.

My main problem is how do I incorporate the phone into the network equation.

Please note that my house is BoF.

Why not take the FB out the equation if you are going to use a EdgeRouter? That can auth fine.
Throw an ATA behind that to run your VoIP lines.

If you did want to run with the FB behind, that will work to. Just set it as a uplink.

The second option will work just fine. You can set the Fritzbox to use an existing internet connection, and then just have it act as an ATA. You could set it to work as an AP as well if desired.

Remember you'll need to use VLAN 10 tagged PPPoE to get the other router to authenticate properly.

Im already using the Edgerouter lite on Snap. Although I have my fritzbox plugged into my switch instead of the other Edgerouter port. Also I don't have a phone service. Fritzbox is only used as a Wifi AP.

To get your edge router working. Connect it to your computer and login to it (follow the quickstart guide that came with it). Update the firmware to ver 1.6 Then load my config. After the config is loaded you will need to swap the network cables. Connect the fibre ONT to port 0 and your computer / lan to port 1. login to the edge router again. On the dashboard page click the actions button for interface PPPoE and select configure. Enter your Snap username and password. Then click the users tap, create a new admin user, Logout of the router, login again as the new user and delete the default UBNT user.
