Hi team,

I've been trying to get our new XBox 360 working online. It will connect to the network fine just not to the internet. So, as part of my googling/troubleshooting to try and fix this, I have updated the firmware on my NF4V with a new version from Netcomm's website.

Sadly, what this did is erase whatever settings the router uses to connect to Orcon's UFB network. I have had a look around but can't find instructions on how to set it back up online.

Does anyone have a copy of the setting required to connect back up to the network?

Thanks

Its not just settings, Orcon devices should be used ONLY with Orcon firmware to ensure you get any appropriate updates and the device is manageable from the Orcon TR69 platform.

Call the helpdesk, ask them to get the T2 Assurance team to send you a copy of the Orcon firmware binary file for you to install locally. If you then have issues post here or log a ticket but don't replace the firmware again or you will be back in the same boat - and Orcon can't support non-Orcon firmware on the NF4V....

Yeah I suddenly realised what a bad idea it was shortly after doing it ;)

Logged the fault with tier 1 yesterday but they tell me it could be another 72 hours before it gets looked at. Oh well no one to blame but myself in this situation.

Thanks for the quick response
