Not a complaint, just a query. How did I end up with a balance with .73 cents. I know top ups are $19, MMS 50c, but what charge ends with .27c

Casual texts are 9 cents each, that could lead to odd balances.

If you log into 2Degrees website should be able to get a break down of charges.

As you can see in my image I have "Unlimited" texts so should be no charge to my credit

Looks like three "special" texts at 9 cents each.

PS. You're out by two orders of magnitude. 0.73c ≠ $0.73.

List of special text numbers, and charges for sending, and some for receiving. Even if have free texts looks like these numbers still get charged.
