Youtube is struggling to stream, xbox, ipad and 3ds all struggling to maintain a connection. Was perfectly fine all day up until about an hour ago, have reset router twice and it hasn't improved. Is it a problem in my area or with Orcon in general?

Nothing we are aware of or can see or are having reported in any numbers.

Are they al struggling to maintain a connection to anywhere at all?

Try some tracerts, we need some data to troubleshoot from...

Is this just been happening today?

What happened when you try to open a web page?
Yesterday (14-Feb) I got this message when I tried to open www.macrumors.com

ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
Bad request.

But forums.macrumors.com was o.k.

The same thing happened on Friday night (13-Feb), but this time when I was trying to update debian linux and the updates failed, so I when to the debian download site and got the same error message.

In both cases the fault cleared later in the day/evening, so I didn't bother starting a thread about it.

those errors are caused by the webserver in question, not Orcon.

Best to discuss with them.
