Now, I have applied for an immediate upgrade to 1Gbit plan way back in December and asked to be switched over as soon as possible, and despite their promises that would happen, I don't even have the new gigabit router yet. How can other people be live already?
What exactly constitutes a connection circumstance?
When can I realistically expect to be on the Gbit plan?
