Hi everyone,

Just wondering does Orcon use VPN's for any site that you go into?  or is it only for things like Netflix?

Also, will Orcon be doing this in the near future if they don't already use a VPN?

Do they also keep a log of every site that you go into etc?

To my knowledge the only VPN is for staff to get back into systems from remote locations. Netflix is accessed differently. They perform some trickery internally so the customer can just browse to Netflix and doesn't have to get a special IP when they just want to use it

I think you're wandering into conspiracy theories there bud. It would be pointless, not to mention costly for no reason for an ISP to collect and log that. Someone may well correct me however I'm pretty sure they don't log that.
