Just wondering maybe some one from Orcon could advise on the below.

Do you guys have a blackhole for RFC1918 addresses running wild on the internet and ingress to 60.234 and 121.98 /16 IPv4 spaces?

Yes, we block it on our border routers as RFC1918 space is private address space.
