Several hours ago I noticed this popup claiming to be a 2015 Orcon Internet Ltd Survey.
I'm not sure how long it has been sitting behind the main window.

It looks pretty dodgy and making a quick search for marketresearchglobal.com suggests that it could be some sort of scam.

Perhaps someone can confirm, but I decided to close the window and not enter anything. Just posting as a warning to others who might be inclined to think it was legit.

Edit:  fixed some typos.

No link to legit Orcon activity, they are just pulling the name from the ip address space.

Complete scam, have seen these pop up across the rest of the group as well (CallPlus Business, Slingshot).

It read's your IP, determines who own's it and presents a 4 question survey that's not relevant at all (things like 'did you hear about [isp] on Hulu/Netflix?). then it'll offer you a choice between 3 prizes (tablet or similar), and all you need to do is pay $1 from your credit card for postage. Then you're off to a completely different site to complete the deal, where there's small print saying you're be charged a large amount a month for being part of some promotion thing.

I got this pop-up myself, so followed it through to see where it ended (didn't put the credit-card in of course ;)

I think I am pretty safe in saying anyone legitimate doesn't really use pop ups.
