I swear I've seen their settings somewhere on the site but for some reason I can't find them anymore.

Can someone tell me how I would go about setting up my VOIP please (am on fibre if it makes any difference to the settings). Using a fritzbox 7360 atm.

Can't seem to get through to Support on phone and their email system is rubbish now.

Guessing you bought your fritz box yourself instead of it being a snap supplied one? Best way is to allow snap to access it remotely via TR069 As they keep their VOIP system locked down.

Nope, it's the temporary replacement fritz they gave me. The Internet info was all set up but the voip wasn't so hence I'm looking for settings.

Yep, have read that. Keep getting "The Internet telephony check failed. Registration with the telephony provider failed. Check the account information you entered for Internet telephony."

Call them (or engage in online chat) and they'll set it up for you from their end. 30 second fix.
