My global mode has been turned to off and it just error's out when I try and turn it back on. Any issues at the moment?

Orcon did announce they had made some change today.....   think it was to default everyone to turn it off (think in response to the Sky/TVNZ "attack").  SHould be able to turn it back on though....

That looks like a bit of a problem!  Give me a few minutes to look into it ...

Hm, not having any problems here.

Can you clear out your cookies (or use incognito mode) and try again?  If still no dice drop me a PM with your username and I'll try find out what's up ...

I turned global mode back on and the content from the US is gone.
I only appear to be getting stuff that is available in NZ :(

It's definitely turned on as that was the first thing I did when I got home.

Any pointers or is there a problem?

After changing it, did you reboot your router?  if you did already just PM me your username and i'll check it out.

Yes I lost all my US content on Netflix, that is what made me check the settings. Reboot didn't help.

Give it a good 5 minutes before turing it back on.

Finding that VDSL comes back online too quickly and meaning the BNG doesn't have time to tear down the session on the BNG.
