It's very rare that I have performance issues on snap, but I currently seem to. I noticed as websites weren't loading and were loading intermittently, including geekzone. Just wondering if anybody else has noticed anything similar? I'm in Auckland in the Balmoral\Mt Eden area - would be good if anyone in the area could check. It's somewhat intermittent, as in it won't work for 5-10 minutes then goes back to normal, but I've been affected by it a few times over the last few days.

A tracert to google does not look very heathy. This was done on a wired connection, not wireless. It's usually rock solid like the second last one:

Looks fine now. Could it be because of congestion or something random like weather?

If it happens regularly you should see if you can work out the variable that causes the issue - time, weather, etc.

yes am having, almost never have any preformance issues on snap can always max mine line speed of 50/10 on VDSL on Usenet and the snap speed test, right now only getting 14/10 to the snap speed test server, and just slighty better than that on usenet, have noticed this a couple times last few days.

We wont have the same problem, i tweeted snap and last night and called them today, there are Chorus issues @ henderson exchange which is causing my problems.
