For my UFB Connection Orcon bills one month in advance. After paying my previous bill, my recent bill had an extra charge where Orcon decided to charge me more for the last month (which I had already paid). Has anyone experienced issues with this? I have had a number of problems with Orcon not billing me correctly since I signed up with the Freedom Pack.
Secondly is it legal for Orcon to increase the charge for a month's service after I was already being billed and paid it?

Hi there,

From what you've described, the only thing I can think of is that you've been charged for going over a data allowance. If you're on Unlimited, then I'm not sure what that'd be.

Flick me a PM with your account information and I'll check it out for you. :)

Cheers,

Cam

Yes this is normal for Orcon.
You are charged two portions you have correctly identified. A month in advance, plus any overage charges for the previous month. All on this months bill. Can be a little confusing.

Yep, sound all pretty standard to me, and not just Orcon.
