Most ADSL2+ connections these days are provisioned on some sort of low/no interleaving profile.

As far as I know there have also been changes made to how ISPs request interleaving in the latest UBA STD.

have you tried simply calling support and asking them to change your interleaving profile?

Hello., you'll need to call in to get it changed. Lines are usually provisioned as 'off', and only changed to try and stabilise a line (i.e triaging a fault).
