Morning,
Someone from Slingshot - logged an email this morning via the website for tech support.
Moved house 3-4 weeks ago, connection issues ever since. Please check logged email.
Done isolation tests on all points inside the house.

The photo attached - when i lose my connection i can still log into my router and the only change from the photo is the downstream noise margin is at 0 or in the negative. What does this indicate (other than the obvious lost connection)?

Please investigate Slingshot.
Joe M

Can't say much from that I'm afraid. Noise margin will go to 0 if you lose DSL. Assuming you've checked your network gear in case of faulty filters/cables too?
