I have a client moving into a new office next week -- the previous tenant just moved out last friday. On Monday, I ordered SNAP 200/200 UFB (the office is already wired up with an ONT etc).

I know its cutting it close but due to circumstances out of my control this is how it has to be.

I just rang SNAP earlier today to follow up on the status and was told that its in "feasibility" and it will be "up to 3 months away". I informed the CSR on the other end of the phone that the building is already wired up, an ONT is present and provided the # on the the ONT itself.

Now they're telling me it's still gonna be 5+ business days from this point.

Just wanted to post in here and ask if there are any SNAP staff that can expedite the install for us? The cabling etc is there already -- I've seen provider-to-provider UFB churns happen in <48 hours so surely this should be doable.

Don't mind paying a fee for this service.
