Not too good, I agree about the Vodafone statement:

"This month the Speed by Time of Day analysis shows greater  variation in the evening busy hour with Vodafone’s Cable, VDSL and ADSL services  being much more affected by congestion during the 8-10pm busy period than in the past month."

Streaming has been really bad between 7:30ish to 10:30ish on Vodafone for the past month, having to change the streaming options on unotelly to get streaming to work.

Lurch: Not too good...

I'm happy, Obviously Truenet is performance based only and doesn't reflect Customer Service which for me has been excellent

But imho it is good to see MR featured, hopefully that is showing their penetration in the market as I assume the results means they have a good customer base now

Hopefully they will see the stats and improve over time, . Might join Truenet and add to the stats, good to see other ISPs joining in. Although the lag me getting to Myrepublics page via Vodafone is terrible. Vodafone strikes again, might be time to move :-/

I'm sure MR will review these results, but bear in mind I suspect only a tiny amount of Internet customers a] are aware of Truetnet or b] geekzone. At least MR unlike VFNz are not a regular on fairgo lol

When my 12 months is due up I'll check to ensure they are the still good value and service but I'm happy for now

What I find odd is I get better results from speedtest to Spark than I do to MR's own speedtest server !

Fortunately this tiny number includes the mainstream press.  (at least as far as truenet is concerned) so if numbers get bad enough for a story they'll start getting mentioned where it will hurt sales.   That VF peak hour dip is pretty nasty, at least myR is fairly consistent.  It also is interesting to see how the LFCs do, Chorus seems to be the poorest there.. but there is really no switching LFC :(

Warning: reality may differ from above post
