I have been trying to load an Italian website www.western.it/en/

I have tried using my two computers and FireFox, Chrome and CMBrowser (android).
All of them fail with usually a "Timed out" error message.
These computers are all accessing the internet through a single Orcon Genius gateway.

I have no problem with any other website that I've tried.

Others, on a forum that I run, have no problems loading this website, but none have been able to confirm for me if the problem is with Orcon.

I can run a TraceRoute, which shows connections all the way to Firenze.

Any ideas as to what I can test next?

on spark here and times out also this reports it as down as well.

Edit: now its showing as up , looks a bit unstable at the moment.

That's funny. Yesterday I had several people (on my non-tech forum) using various ISP's report that they could connect OK and no-one else was having my problems.
One of them also reported that the site was recorded as being "Up". ???

Just checked

Working for me (Mynxnet UFB) but it definitely sounds like there's something wrong with it.

Many providers having issues some may have cached the site some may have different routes to the site.

Turned out to be a problem only for Orcon users.
They finally tracked it down, yesterday, to being unable to connect only to the Western site through a number of Orcon servers.
It appears that the Western site is blocking access from a range of IP addresses that include the Orcon IPs.
