Tried multiple reboots of ONT and modem, no outside connection on my fibre.

Can someone PM me if they have time to do a quick test please?

I am in Christchurch. Unless Orcon can confirm it is more widespread than just Auckland?

Hi there,

I can confirm there was an issue affecting some Christchurch Fibre connections this morning. This should be resolved now - my apologies for any inconvenience.

The issues in Auckland are still being investigated. We have raised this with our supplier and hope to have more news soon however there is no ETR at this stage.

Cheers,

Cam
