Hi,

How can I renew my public IP address? I've just got off the phone to Orcon support and they've asked me to restart my ONT, Router, factor restoring my router and finally telling me to leave everything unplugged for 30 minutes then plug it in and try again.

All of this has not renewed my public IP.

Help?

Why do you need to?

Doing ll the above *should* do it, not sure if Orcon uses CG-Nat, or 'sticky' IP addresses though (obiously, they do). Try leaving it off overnight.
