Hey all,

I have a customer that wants to move their website and their domain registrar is ProDNS.  That now seems to be owned by Orcon, but Orcon doesn't seem to recognise ProDNS domains when you try and manage them.

Any idea how to get a UDAI in order to transfer the domain to another registrar (even Orcon 'proper')...?

Cheers!

M

Call the Vocus Small Business Centre on 0800 89 5000. ProDNS is handled by the Hosting staff within that team. You can email them on support@vocus.co.nz as well.
