Anyway thanks Snap/2D you solved my first world problem. I just got UFB in Dunedin last week so took the Gigatown plan.
My Fritzbox 7390 got a mere 170 down 300 up.
On Friday night it was escalated to the network engineers after Chorus passed the line.
Got home tonight (Tuesday) and a brand new Fritzbox 7490 was waiting for me.
Speeds now 900/300.
Very happy that the great customer service is continuing - I'm not going anywhere soon.
