Hey guys,
Have an urgent issue where there seems to be a problem with Orcon routing through Vocus to our primary US hosting site. The US company answered the phone within 5 seconds and have gotten back to use that it looks like a Vocus (and thus Orcon) routing issue - our ISP. I have rung premium support, it rings for ages then the call just drops? How can I get emergency support as per our contract?
