Was on Snap, open term. Waited to see what the new deal would be. Eventually decided to stick with them and go unlimited, drop the snapphone. Trying to carry out a simple plan change...they just cannot do it for some reason. What makes matters worse is that they said they would sort it and phone me back. That was over a week ago. Now I'm out of data and don't have much patience left either.
I've tried email, no response. Their 0800 number has me waiting for longer than I have time to spare. Reminds me so much of Vodafone.
I guess I'm going to...move to an ISP that will take my money?
