Hi,

Whenever I try to stream a video from my computer to my TV the black genius modem just completely stops working. A reboot will set it all right but it is super annoying having reboot it four or five times to finally be able to watch a movie on my TV.

Is there anything I can do to get it working properly again?

Calling the helpdesk is probably a good place to start :) It sounds like it might be on the blink.

I figured you'd probably say that. I just hate having to talk to them because they make me go through the exact same script every single time. I was just hoping to bypass them this time.

Well they'll probably get you to do a factory reset, which is my first suggestion

The next step will be getting a replacement modem sent out, which they can also do :)
