/rant  Has anyone got any Idea why email support is so painfully slow..... to be honest I think I could snail mail faster!!!!  /rantover

With that out of the way a bit of background
I emailed a question to support on 10/08 and I got no reply at all until 15/08 5 day....

so it is now 8 days since my first email, 2 unhelpful replies from 2 different CSR's  and I am still no closer to getting my question answered ....

anyone care to help me out here???

I don't know why they bother to provide it considering it is so slow. There is no reason for it to be so slow. Unfortionately ISPs seem to treat phone support better, even though it can be far more inconvenient to the customer.

I have found in recent times that this forum is the best way of getting quality support from Orcon.

That goes for pretty much any ISP. Also twitter is good.

Anyone else have problems with sending email? Every time I go to send an email I get a reply saying that my domain is blocked... Doesn't matter who I send it to I get the same issue.
