Noticed the the iserve branded webmail system has been updated to roundcube. But the problem is my login details don't let me in. I can access it via the old squirrel webmail system, which you can still get to from the roundcube login page. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem? Certainly my login details are correct to get into the old webmail.

Hi

Note that the new system uses your mailbox name NOT your email address like the old system.  Hope that helps.
