Its really easy to complain about poor customer service, but humans are terrible about recognising great customer service.
So I just wanted to come here and say thanks to 2degrees/Snap broadband. Been a customer for about 2 years and when the new 2 degrees unlimited plans came along I changed. Should have clicked over at on the 28th of this month but the my account section still shows as "pending". I queried this on twitter. Got a reply about it having changed but billing hasn't yet caught up so have 1TB of data whilst that gets sorted. I would have been happy with a simple "dont panic...it'll come right" reply but the simple act of going out of their way and bunging a bunch of data onto my account was a nice gesture. Thanks 2degrees/Snap!
