I cant find info on web site but have to move house in a few weeks and where im going already have a connection with Spark.

So wont need my Snap / 2 Degrees one for another 8 months until new house is built.

Ive just swapped to a 12 month contact with 2 Degrees from my old Snap one. But can I just put my account on hold for 8 months? Or do I have to cancel contract.

Hey bbunnys,

Typically if we were to put a broadband account on hold, it would be a pretty short term arrangement (think 6-8 weeks kind of thing), and arranged on a case by case basis. Usually if it is much longer than that, it is easier to close the account and start again when you are able to come back

If you could DM us an account number, I'll take a look for you and see what we can arrange with you. Alternatively, feel free to give the Broadband Accounts team a yell on 0800 022 022 Opt 2 to discuss.

Thanks

Cheers Ralph, Yea actually sent you a PM about it. Which you can read if you can. Was a little annoyed with how it works between Snap and 2 Degrees contract wise. After talking to help desk before.
