Works for me as well. UFB in Wellington.

What are you DNS settings set to? You using alternate DNS settings?

Seems they have tracert and ping disabled on their server as my tracert looks much the same and ping times out however I can still access their site

There nothing wrong with the DNS as it's working perfectly for every other website. There has been no changes in configuration on the firewall.

It's just Vodafone.co.nz which is hanging up. I've tried multiple PCs in the office and we are not using a proxy server. It's all a bit weird.

If the firewall was blocking anything it would display an alternative error page.

Does your DNS resolve correctly?
Does a connection get established?
Does the server respond?

I don't have access to one any more, but I was never able to login to the TelstraClear/Vodafone customer zone from Snap connections.

I get the scenic routing via Vocus/Australia as well, however the page does load. Auckland, VDSL.

Okay, I've escalated the problem to 2D. They can't even access www.vodafone.co.nz directly but they can if it's done via Goggle search??? However it's very slow with a 3/5 success rate.

I still can't ping VF.

I've flushed the DNS on the servers and desktop PC.

Even they can't understand why it's not working

I've found a Workaround and it was to use Hola plug-in for Google Chrome.
