Do you know what I miss in this age of wonder and communications.... The ability to communicate. I replied to an email I got from slingshot and received a no one at this address please go to our help section. spent 5 minutes there could not find a method of sending a simple message. At that stage I did not want to waste time on the phone. I do understand that it costs money to provide conduits of communications and we as consumers are not prepared to pay the current going rate for that ability. I'm just moaning that I miss the simplicity of the simple message exsisted. Maybe I should try facebook do they accept messages there? or twitter can I tweet them?

Slightly off topic, but I just noticed the help page is all new and updated (And actually loads!)! Not sure how long it's been updated, but damn, good job to who ever was in charge of that. Long time coming, the previous help section was almost unusable - really liking what's been done to the site lately.

Jumping in here too.
We are also launching a self-service app soon (it will be with the app stores for approval this week).
We'd be keen to get Geekzoner's thoughts.
Will give you all details when we have them...
