Do you know what I miss in this age of wonder and communications.... The ability to communicate. I replied to an email I got from slingshot and received a no one at this address please go to our help section. spent 5 minutes there could not find a method of sending a simple message. At that stage I did not want to waste time on the phone. I do understand that it costs money to provide conduits of communications and we as consumers are not prepared to pay the current going rate for that ability. I'm just moaning that I miss the simplicity of the simple message exsisted. Maybe I should try facebook do they accept messages there? or twitter can I tweet them?
