Why does Dunedin get 1000/500 unlimited + phone line for $95 month while everyone else pays $130 for 100/50 unlimited + phone line?

Except that other internet providers outside of Dunedin are matching gigatown pricing for 1000 down (might not be 500 up).

That is because UFF brought out 1000/20 pricing to compete with Gigatown at Residential Pricing.
