Since yesterday wife's phone is not sending SMS with the error "service not activated on network".

Anyone else seeing this?

It seems the handset was trying to send these messages as MMS - and the account has just enough money put in for the packs, so MMS failed to send and Google Messenger showed a completely wrong/irrelevant error message.
