Hi all,
As promised in another thread, here's a sneak preview of the MySlingshot app.
Any feedback welcomed - we are soft-launching and keen to know what people think, and what they would like to see in later versions.

Very cool looking app,.

But for some season after logging in the app shows no voice service/internet service to display.

Easy to use app Quentin - liking the interface which doesnt have fiddly little buttons.  Missing one thing tho and it seems weird  --- running on my Android but I cant get any detail or change options on my mobile service.  Hopefully this is covered in a future enhancement. Also like the ability to be able to leave a message for a call back as on the odd occasions I have needed to contact you have found the phone service rather tedious listening to the internable "sorry we are experiencing a high call demand at the moment....."  Bringing in the option of a callback early in the call rather than sitting through a period would be appreciated - tho I may not need that now as I have the app.   Grant

Thanks guys. Zyo, could you please PM me your username so that we can have a look? Are you on an old plan?
Perthman, thanks for the feedback - we'll be adding mobile, and basically anything we can that lets a customer self-serve via the app.
We are also looking at push notifications as a communication channel, and that will be included in an upcoming release (we'll have an opt out of these of course as well).

Hi,

I have not been able to download the app on any of my phones as they have been listed as incompatible?? Whats the deal?

I have a Moto x 2013 5.1, xperia E3 6.0, nexus s 4.4 and a nexus 6 6.0

Just tried it. I think i entered the incorrect username/password. Crashed. Tried to open the app again to enter a different user name, but it crashes as soon as it gets to the login page.

Is you Google account set to NZ?

Yes as I can download the ANZ NZ, semble app which is most likely country locked as well.

EDIT: looks like it was set to the US. Nevermind..... and thanks for the tip
