fire drill? they happen in my building every 6 months, vodafone/youi use to be in my building up until last year.

Id rather hear that message than 1) Sitting on hold for 30mins+   2) Hearing someone died due to a fire.

But most likely as reven said.

They were back up 5mins later, the system apparently went down for a few mins, maybe someone tripped the fire drill by mistake. Just thought the whole thing was funny, since it happened only a few minutes after I called the first time.
