I ask because my Add-ons/Speed Boosts pages still state that I have a pending change request. As far as I am aware, my plan change has already been completed quite some time ago, as confirmed by speed tests. My pay monthly discount (for mobile) also shows the same - and looking at the bills, I don't think this is yet being applied? Is the portal/migration still a work-in-progress, or is this issue related to my account?
