I ask because my Add-ons/Speed Boosts pages still state that I have a pending change request. As far as I am aware, my plan change has already been completed quite some time ago, as confirmed by speed tests. My pay monthly discount (for mobile) also shows the same - and looking at the bills, I don't think this is yet being applied? Is the portal/migration still a work-in-progress, or is this issue related to my account?

Mine also seems to be stuck in the "pending" state. Though my bills reflect the new plan and pay monthly discount, so not too fussed about it.  I'll DM my username too since it still messes with my OCD seeing the pending thing every time I log in and not being able to click "change my plan" :P

Also stuck on pending since moving from a Snap VDSL plan. Each bill since the plan change has been wrong + required at least one call to resolve.
