Hi,

These have been "coming soon" for a while now :)

Any update on a time frame on these Ralph?

Cheers
Clint

Hey there Clint,

At this point in time we don't have a confirmed date I'm afraid, it's definitely something that a lot of work is going in to at present to prepare and ensure we offer something pretty exciting in to the SME space.

At the current point in time, we can take Business customer on a case-by-case basis on to a variant of the old Snap @Work plans, feel free to flick me a PM with an address and some contact details and I can pass it on for further contact from the sales team.

Thanks,

Ralph ^JOB

I'm not happy!

I wish to know why - and remembering that Snap was purchased around March 2015 I think - that
there are STILL no business broadband plans listed on the 2degrees site. Perhaps, I'm looking
in the wrong place?

I cannot understand why this should be the case. It simply reeks of incompetence.

Can someone please tell me when this will be rectified?

it is weird why they still haven't done this, but FYI you can ring their business team and arrange a business plan, they gave me a decent deal for a couple business customers
for unlimited UFB 100/100

Hi there Toppo,

We are sorry to keep you waiting, however there is definitely something in the works! There is a lot of background work going on about how these plans will be delivered and supported, as well as the finer details of the deals themselves, and we hope you'll find the offering worth the wait once it is able to see the light which will hopefully be soon.

As Dan has mentioned above, we are still able to provide the old Snap @Work business plans in the meantime (reviewed on a case by case basis), so feel free to give the broadband accounts team a yell on 0800 022 022 opt 2 then opt 3, and they'll be able to submit a lead to the business team to get in touch with the details. Alternatively, feel free to flick us a PM and we can give you what info we need and submit that for you.

Thanks,

Our business was meant to be a test/go live in Feb. No even a phone call since Christmas. Cant say impressed.
