Hi all

I'm guessing not, but will a Samsung Galaxy S5 advertised as 2 degrees at the Warehouse, work on the Telecom network?

The only ever seem to have the 2 degrees versions on sale - see here

THanks.

That link is loading to a blank page for me, but as far as I know, the S5 is penta-band and will work on Spark for 3G. 4G may be a different story and I can't tell without seeing the specs.

The link works OK  but it's just generic info.    It should work on all 3G bands  and at least the 1800 LTE band..

Ah, yeah, it does work, eventually... about 5 seconds after claiming that it's finished loading (Firefox). But as you note, there's no useful network information on there.

I thought the Galaxy S% was a pretty generic phone across all the telcos.

I don't want to buy one to find it won't work on Spark - guess I'll give it a miss if I can't be sure.

I might head in and see if I can get a model number from the store.

Thanks.

If it's the Samsung SM-G900I model it works on all NZ networks at both 3G and 4G including 700mhz Band 28 4G.
If its the Samsung SM-G900F model it works just as good except does not include 700mhz Band 28 4G.
(Have had both models myself and used them both on all three networks)

If it's a difference letter at the end maybe check with Samsung / 2Degrees.
