Getting some random texts from a 2 Degrees cell. When I ring it I get no answer. Is there a way I can find where cell is or who is on other end?
Guessing is a pre paid one and 2 Degrees would not give out info on who is topping it up?

Raise a complaint with your operator (not 2degrees unless YOUR line is with 2degrees). It may not be on 2degrees in any case.

Just block the number and forget about it.
