Hi, I'm thinking about moving to 2 degrees.

Can I move from plan to plan and keep carry over data?

I.e. join $49 per month and then move down to $29 per month later on AND keep my accrued minutes / data?  Can I move whenever I want and keep accrued data?

I've kept my pre-paid carry over data/mins when moving between the $16 & $26 plans

Yes you can keep your Carryover data and minutes (not unlimited minutes that's available on the $49.95 and above plans obviously).

Only if you move back to Prepay will you lose your Pay Monthly benefits.

You are on Skinny, not 2degrees like the OP

On Skinny if you move between $16, $26 and $46 you keep them

On 2degrees there is only one prepay plan with them - the $19. If you move to or from pay monthly to that, you lose them

You keep any carryover benefits you had on prepay when moving to postpay.

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

I stand corrected, I was confused by 2degreesCare's comment

Sorry for any confusion, I was talking of losing Pay Monthly plan minutes and data if you move back to Prepay (with 2degrees).

Cheers
