2D Broadband Status page says having major internal network issues at the moment. (At least they admit they have a problem :-) ) POP for my account times out to.
I wasn't able to access their webmail website page from about 4pm I contacted them via their online chat the guy couldn't give me any reason except to say there is an outage. None of my snap emails are not working. Its been 2hrs now.

We are currently experiencing issues with our Broadband hosted voice and internal systems affecting calls to our Broadband Care team, on-line portals (broadband balances/sign-ups etc) and webmail. If you have rebooted your modem, or you have tried to reconnect, your modem will not be able to authenticate.
